Teaching Strategies for Discussing Controversial Issues – Medford

Living in a Democracy is messy! From mock appellate arguments, to Town Halls, Deliberations, Mock Trials and Legislative Hearings, interactive strategies give your students practice using civil discussion skills to explore multiple viewpoints on current events. This workshop will provide classroom resources, rich discussions and content. This workshop is geared toward middle & high school teachers.
