Street Law

Street Law is a program that places law students in Portland area high schools to teach practical law in coordination with the classroom teacher.

Marilyn Cover, CLP’s Founder and Executive Director, teaches Street Law at Lewis & Clark Law School. This program places law students in Portland area high schools to teach practical law in coordination with the classroom teacher. There is no cost to teachers or schools. Lessons cover a wide range of civil and criminal issues and emphasize the very real ways in which the law applies to our everyday lives.
